Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Collins is also referred to as Antonietta Gonzales-Collins in the United States as well as Mexico, is a Mexican-American sportscaster. She is an ESPN anchor on news, and she hosts SportsNation at times. Her first job at ESPN in the year 2016. She is the daughter of Maria Antonieta Collins, a TV reporter. Antonietta is a native speaker of two languages. From the age of nine years old, Collins's capacity to converse in two languages helped her get the job she wanted in Miami as an assistant producer at Univision. In 2009, the CBS subsidiary located in St. Petersburg hired her following this to become the sports reporter. Her move to Rio Grande Valley in 2009 to work as a reporter on KNVO TV 48 Univision. Also, she was anchor of the sports segment on Primer Impacto, a magazine program that airs on the UniMas Network and Contacto Deportivo. Antonietta Collin's parents are originally from Veracruz Mexico. In Mexico City she was conceived on the 22nd November 1985. There is also a younger sibling. In 1992, the family left Mexico for the US and eventually settled in Miami. They divorced shortly thereafter in 1995. Her mother remarried one of the naval architects called Fabio Fajardo who died from kidney cancer in 2006. Her residence was at Canton Ohio with her older sister in the summertime, where she had been offered a job. Antonietta is a senior in high school, yet she was clear about the career she wanted to pursue. So while assessing if Mount Union is the right choice for her Antonietta decided to go visit the campus. It turned out that she loved the school and the university offered the degree she was searching for. When she completed her high school education, she enrolled in the university to study media studies. Professor Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM, and was member of her class, developed an ongoing friendship with her. The passion he had for journalism as well as confidence in her own abilities encouraged her. In turn, she, tried to meet the standards he set and to not fail him.
